Day 1: Travel to Paris

  • Fly overnight to Paris.

Day 2: Paris

  • After arriving at the airport, you will meet your Imagine Tour Manager, who will stay with you throughout the duration of your trip.
  • Transfer by private coach to your hotel to drop off your luggage.
  • Board the Bateau Mouche for a cruise along the the Seine River where you´ll quickly orient yourself to the city as you indulge in the Parisian lifestyle.
  • At sunset, admire the views from the third floor of la Tour Eiffel.
  • Enjoy a welcome dinner at a local restaurant before returning to your hotel for a good nights sleep.

Day 3: Paris

  • Breakfast at your hotel before taking a guided tour of the Musée du Chocolat, where you will learn the secrets of chocolate making and its thousand-year history, dating all the way back to the Olmec people up to present day.
  • Visit a local Boulangerie to witness the art of how French bread and pastries are made (tasting included).
  • Discover Saint Louis Island, and treat yourself to a creamy glace or sorbet at Berthillon, the long-standing grande dame of glaces — Parisians will be quick to remind you that the deliciousness you´re enjoying is glace (not ice cream). 
  • Dinner and a wine tasting led by the sommelier at Au Vin Qui Danse restaurant, located in the Latin Quarter.
  • Return to your hotel for overnight accommodation in Paris.

Day 4: Paris - Reims - Paris

  • Breakfast at your hotel before boarding your privatecoach to Reims, the capital of France´s Champagne region.
  • Visit the Fossier biscuit factory where you will sample their traditional pink biscuits, accompanied, of course, by champagne.
  • Enjoy lunch on your own.
  • In the afternoon, take a tour of the Taittinger Champagnerie where you will discover the art of champagne making in their centuries-old cellars.
  • Free time to explore more of Reims and shop before boarding your private coach to return to Paris.
  • Dinner and overnight accommodation in Paris.

Day 5: Paris - Normandy

  • After breakfast, board your private coach to Normandy.
  • Embark on a guided tour of the Pierre Huet Calvados Estate, where you will learn the craft of transforming apples into calvados, an apple brandy that is exclusively made in Normandy.
  • Follow your route to Caen and drop off your luggage at the hotel.
  • Enjoy the afternoon to relax or discover the charming city of Caen.
  • Dinner at a local restaurant.
  • Overnight accommodation in Caen.

Day 6: Normandy - Loire Valley

  • After breakfast, board your private coach and head to the lush and verdant Loire Valley.
  • Make your first stop at La Cave Monplaisir in Chinon for a guided visit of their wine cellars.
  • After checking into your hotel in Tours, enjoy a cooking class with a professional chef who will teach you how to prepare the best of traditional French dishes.
  • Return to your hotel for overnight accommodation in Loire Valley.

Day 7: Loire Valley - Gironde

  • After breakfast, transfer by private coach to the train station (St. Pierre Des Corps) and board your train to Bordeaux.
  • As you travel through Bordeaux, take in the scenic views of the French countryside and the vineyards of Gironde on your way to Sarlat la Caneda.
  • Visit the village of St Emilion, a favorite among wine-lovers, for a tour and wine tasting at Domaine de Rochebelle.
  • Once in Sarlat, check in at your hotel and have dinner at a local restaurant.
  • Overnight accommodation in Sarlat la Caneda.

Day 8: Sarlat-la-Caneda

  • Full day of leisure to discover the captivating village of Sarlat la Caneda.
  • Enjoy your farewell dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 9: Depart

  • After breakfast, board your private coach to transfer to the Bordeaux
    airport.
