Day 1: USA / Spain

  • Fly through the night to Madrid.

Day 2: Madrid

  • Arrive at Madrid airport.
  • Upon arrival, meet with your Imagine Tour Manager who will remain with you throughout your stay.
  • Transfer to your hotel for check-in and freshen up.
  • Head on a guided walking tour through the old Madrid: Plaza de España, Gran Vía, Puerta del Sol and Calle de Alcalá.
  • Dinner at a local restaurant in the center of Madrid.
  • Return to your hotel for overnight accommodation.

Day 3: Madrid

  • Breakfast at your hotel.
  • Today, you will go on a guided visit of the El Prado Museum to admire the most internationally renowned Spanish painters: Velázquez and Goya.
  • At lunch time, make a “Tapas Route”, including the Museum of Ham and Gourmet Experience, where you will enjoy the best Spanish omelette and taste the wines of Madrid.
  • Free time to enjoy some typical “chocolate con churros” and shopping.
  • Tonight for dinner, enjoy an authentic “cocido madrileño” at the restaurant La Bola.
  • Return to your hotel for overnight accommodation in Madrid.

Day 4: Madrid - Sevilla

  • After breakfast at the hotel, depart by private motor coach to the train station of Atocha to catch the AVE high speed train to Seville, capital of Andalusia (2:20 h).
  • Upon arrival in Seville, transter to your hotel to check-in and freshen up.
  • After, visit on a “coche de caballo” the Plaza de España, Puerta de Jerez and Plaza de la Constitución.
  • Then, visit the Cathedral and climb to the Giralda Tower.
  • Today enjoy a “tapas” for lunch in the Jewish Quarter.
  • Later, visit Los Reales Alcáceres, palace with a fascinating beauty that was the residence of Moors and Christian Kings.
  • Free time for sightseeing and shopping.
  • Return to your hotel to freshen up and change your clothes.
  • Departure for dinner and Flamenco Show in El Patio Andaluz.
  • Return to your hotel for night accomodation in Seville.

Day 5: Sevilla - Jerez

  • Breakfast at hotel and departure by private motor coach to Jerez (1:30 h) to visit its wineries. Sherry wines are the most universal and oldest wines of Spain and are classified under the name of the Regulatory Council of Jerez-Sherry-Manzanilla de Sanlúcar as “generous, noble and sweet wines”.
  • Check-in to your hotel.
  • Departure to visit the Bodegas Luís Perez. Stroll through the vineyards and winery. Enjoy a delicious lunch at the winery.
  • Go back to your hotel and time for “siesta”.
  • In the evening, departure to the Urium Winery. This nice winery has one of the most expensive wines in the world called “Urium 120 years”.
  • Return the hotel and night accomodation in Jerez.

Day 6: Jerez - El Puerto de Santa María

  • After breakfast at the hotel, board your private motor coach to visit the monumental complex González Byass Winery and taste its famous wines. The story of this legendary winery dates back to 1835, when Manuel Maria Gonzalez reached Jerez, acquired a winery and started producing and exporting his wines. Gonzalez joined his agent in England, Robert Blake Byass and thus born the internationally renowned “Gonzalez Byass” brand.
  • Drive to the Royal School of Equestrian Art to see the impressive show “How the Andalusian Horses Dance”.
  • Lunch at the Hotel School of Jerez (subject to availability).
  • Go back to the hotel for rest. Time for “siesta”.
  • In the evening, departure to El Puerto de Santa Maria. This small town is a cultural enclave of interest, with buildings like the Church Mayor Prioral, the Castillo de San Marcos and the Monastery of Victory.

    Winery, which is attached to the castle.
  • Dinner at a local restaurant Aponiente with seafood, fried fish andexquisite white wines.
  • Return to your hotel for overnight accomodation in Jerez.

Day 7: Jerez - Sanlúcar de Barrameda - Jerez

  • Breakfast at the hotel and departure to Sanlúcar de Barrameda, to discover how the famous “Manzanilla de Sanlucar” wines are made. The proximity of the sea gives these wines softness and elegance.
  • Visit Bodegas Hidalgo La Gitana. This winery began its activity in 1792 and maintains the tradition of the entire wine process.
  • Later, visit the Manzanilla Museum and Bodegas Barbadillo. This winery is the leader in the raising of Manzanilla wines. Founded in 1821, it is located in the historic area of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, in full
    mouth of the Guadalquivir and opposite the Coto de Doñana.
  • Have lunch at Bodegas Barbadillo.
  • In the afternoon, enjoy a tour on a 4 x 4 vehicle of the Doñana National Park, a protected natural area of unique beauty.
  • Dinner at a local restaurant.
  • Return to the hotel for overnight accomodation in Jerez.

Day 8: Jerez - Sevilla - Madrid

  • After breakfast departure by your private motor coach to Seville.
  • Arrive at the train station of Santa Justa to take the AVE, high-speed train to Madrid.
  • Check-in at your hotel to rest and cool off a bit.
  • Free time for lunch and shopping.
  • Later, visit the Royal Palace, a magnificent building and former residence of the Kings of Spain and have free time for lunch and shooping.
  • Dinner with “tapas” at the Plaza Mayor.
  • Return to your hotel for overnight accommodation in Madrid.

Day 9: Madrid - USA

  • Breakfast at your hotel.
  • Transfer to the airport to check-in in your flight back to home.
  • Dinner and overnight on board.
