Day 3: Madrid
Breakfast at your hotel.
Today, you will go on a guided visit of the El Prado Museum to admire the most internationally renowned Spanish painters: Velázquez and Goya.
At lunch time, take a “Tapas Tour,” including the Museum of Ham and Gourmet Experience, where you will enjoy one of the best “tortilla españolas” according to locals and taste the wines of Madrid.
Free time to enjoy some typical “chocolate con churros” and shopping.
Tonight for dinner, enjoy an authentic “cocido madrileño” at the restaurant La Bola.

Day 4: Madrid - Barcelona
Today, after breakfast at your hotel you will transfer to the train station by private bus to take the AVE high-speed train to Barcelona.
Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel in Barcelona to check-in and freshen up.
Later, board your private bus to Paseig de Gracia, Plaça de Catalunya, and Maremagnum.
After, have a taste of the local life by heading to the city’s main food market: the vibrant Mercat Sant Josep, known locally as “La Boquería”.
Time for lunch in La Boqueria.
In the afternoon, visit the iconic Casa Batlloand Casa Mila – La Pedrera. Designed by the architect Gaudí, these two apartment buildings are the masterpieces that define his style of colorful mosaics and flowing sculpted stonework.
Dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 5: Barcelona - Villafranca del Penedès
This morning, after breakfast at the hotel board your private bus and head on to visit the Cathedral of the Sagrada Familia, the most famous work of the architect Gaudí, started in 1883 and it is still being built!
Then, head to Palau de la Música and have lunch at a restaurant in the Gothic Quarter.
After lunch, departure to Villafranca del Penedès with a view to its excellent vineyards (1 hour).
After, head to the hotel Mas Tinell (*****) to rest and freshen up.
Walk around the village of Villafranca.
Dinner at Cal Ton restaurant in the town center.
Return to your hotel for overnight accommodation in Villafranca.
Day 6: Villafranca del Penedès - La Granada - Villafranca
After breakfast at the hotel, board your private bus and head on visit to Bodegas Torres, a winery located in Pacs del Penedès.
Then, transfer to Bodegas Mas Tinnel, owned by the same hotel where you are staying. Stroll through the vineyards.
Lunch at the hotel restaurant where you will get to enjoy its stunning views.
Rest after lunch. Time for “siesta”.
In the afternoon, experience the beauty and flavors on a wine tasting in the hotel with wines and cavas form Estel d’Argent, explained by a Winemaker.
Later, dinner at the restaurant Sumoll in the village La Granada, located just 2 km. from the hotel.
Return to your hotel for overnight accomodation in Villafranca.
Day 7: Villafranca del Penedès - Sitges - Barcelona
Breakfast at the hotel.
Board your private bus and visit the winery Pares Balta, taste delicious wine and explore the breathtaking picturesque vineyards.
Departure to Sitges for an appetizer and lunch and enjoy the wonderful Mediterranean breeze.
Visit the Cau Ferrat and Maricel Museums. The Cau Ferrat Museum exhibites Rusiñol, Ramón Casas, El Greco, Zuloaga and Picasso works among others. It also contains a large collection of wrought iron, glass and ceramics artworks. The Maricel Museum has waterfront location, it houses the art collection of Dr. Perez-Rosales, with works from different periods and styles (Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque.
After, depart for San Saturni d’Ania to visit a Chocolate Factory, which is an excellent accompanement to the Penedès red wines.
In the evening, transfer to Barcelona.

Day 8: Barcelona - Montserrat - Barcelona
After breakfast, board your private motor coach and head to the Montserrat Mountain, one of the most spectacular of all Spain’s natural sights.
Visit the Monastery, enter the renaissance Basilica (dating back from 1560 to 1592), and marvel at the virgin above the high altar known as La Moreneta for its unique appearance blackened by the smoke of countlesscandles.
Listen to the Corus Choir and enjoy a tasting of spirits from the region.
Free time for lunch and shopping.
Take the cable car to the top of the mountain for spectacular views.

Day 9: Barcelona - USA
This morning after breakfast at the hotel, tranfer by your private bus to the airport.
